2014లో బాబు గారు ముఖ్య మంత్రి అయ్యారు కదా ఆయన ఏం చేశాడో చూద్దాం.... రాజధాని లేదు అని చెప్పి మీరు తెగ ఇదై పోతున్నారు. కానీ 2024 వరకు మనకు హైదరాబాద్ రాజధానిలో హక్కుంది. 2024 వరకు హైదరాబాదులో మనం వాడుకోవచ్చు. కానీ చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఓటుకు నోటు లో అడ్డంగా దొరికి అర్ధరాత్రి పారిపోయారు. ఈ పారిపోటానికి వారు చెప్పిన పేరు రాజధాని లేకుండా కట్టుబట్టలతో గెంటేశారు అని చెప్పారు.

రాజధాని కడుతున్నాము అంటున్నారు, గజానికి 10 వేల పైనే ఖర్చు పెట్టి కొన్ని బిల్డింగ్స్ ఏవో కట్టారు. తీరా బిల్డింగులు కారుతున్నాయి, అది ఏంటి ఏంటి వాళ్ళు పైపు కోశారు అని కాకమ్మ కబుర్లు చెబుతారు. ఒకప్పుడు పోలవరం మీద కేసు వేసింది తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ వాళ్లే... నామా నాగేశ్వరరావు కిరణ్ కుమార్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం సమయంలో పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు మీద కేసు వేస్తే తెచ్చుకొని మూడేళ్లు ఆపేశారు. ఈ విషయం మీకు తెలుసా? కానీ ఈరోజు పరిగెత్తుకుంటూ వచ్చి మేమేదో పోలవరం కడుతున్నాం అని చెప్పి కలర్ కలర్ కోటింగ్ చేసే పని చేస్తున్నారు.

మీకు అవినీతి అంటే అంత ఇష్టం లేదు కదా... కానీ కళ్ల ముందు ఓటుకు నోటికి అడ్డంగా దొరికిపోయిన చంద్రబాబు మాత్రం కావాలి. మీ మాటలు అర్థం అవుతుంది ఏంటంటే మీకు అవినీతి అంటే ఇష్టం లేకపోవడం కాదు, అవినీతి మన బాబు గారు చేయకపోతే మీకు ఇష్టం లేదు.

మొన్నటి వరకు చంద్రబాబునాయుడు గారు వంగివంగి దణ్ణాలు పెట్టాడు కదా మోడీకి... ఆ మోడీ గారు ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయిన సమయానికి కనీసం వార్డ్ మెంబర్ గా అయినా గెలిచారా? మోడీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయిన సమయానికి కనీసం ఎమ్మెల్యే పదవి కూడా లేదు... ముఖ్యమంత్రి చేసిన తరువాత ఎమ్మెల్యే గా ఎన్నుకున్నారు? మరి మోడీ హయాంలో రా గుజరాత్ బీభత్సంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందిందని పచ్చ పార్టీ నేతలే గా డబ్బాలు కొట్టారు.

రేపు జగన్ వచ్చి సరిగ్గా పనిచేయకపోతే ప్రజలే జగన్ ఓటు వేయరు. కానీ మీ భయం వల్ల రేపు జగన్ వస్తే చంద్రబాబు గారి మీద కక్షతో ఆయన మీద అవినీతి కేసులు పెట్టి కోట్లు చుట్టూ తిప్పి ఆయన అవినీతిని బయట పెడతారనేది బాధ.

రంగస్థలం సినిమా తర్వాత రామ్ చరణ్ సినిమా చేస్తున్నారంటే ఎక్కడ లేని అంచనాలు పెరిగిపోయాయి. పైగా సంక్రాంతికి సినిమా అనడంతో అభిమానులు మరిన్ని ఆశలు పెట్టుకున్నారు. మరి ఇప్పుడు వినయ విధేయ రామ నిజం చేసిందా.

కథ..

రామ్చరణ్ ఓ అనాధ.. చిన్నప్పుడే రైల్వే ట్రాక్ దగ్గర మరో నలుగురు అనాధలకు దొరుకుతాడు. దాంతో అంతా కలిసి ఒక కుటుంబంల ఏర్పడతారు. ఎలాంటి సమస్యలు లేకుండా సమస్యలు వచ్చిన వారిని తీరుస్తూ ప్రశాంతంగా బ్రతుకుతుంటారు వాళ్ళు. అలాంటి వారి జీవితంలోకి లోకి వివేక్ ఓబెరాయ్ వస్తాడు. ఎక్కడో బీహార్ లో ఉన్న ఈ పొలిటీషియన్ విశాఖపట్నం లో ఉన్న రామ్ చరణ్ ఇంటికి శత్రువు అవుతాడు. దానికి కారణం ఎలక్షన్స్. ఆ కోపంతోనే చరణ్ కుటుంబం పై పగ పెంచుకుంటాడు వివేక్. ఆ తర్వాత ఏమైంది అనేది అసలు కథ..

కథనం..

బోయపాటి సినిమా అంటే ఎలా ఉంటుందో ప్రేక్షకులకు ఒక ఐడియా ఉంది. ఆయన సినిమాల్లో కొత్త కథలు ఊహించకుండానే థియేటర్లకు వెళ్తున్నారు ప్రేక్షకులు. ఇప్పుడు దానికి తగ్గట్లే రామ్ చరణ్ కోసం కూడా ఆల్రెడీ వాడేసిన రొటీన్ రివేంజ్ కథనే మళ్లీ తీసుకొచ్చాడు బోయపాటి శ్రీను. అయితే ప్రతిసారి కథ తక్కువగా ఎమోషన్ ఎక్కువగా ఉండేది.. కానీ వినయ విధేయ రామల మాత్రం అసలు కథ లేకుండా సినిమా చేశాడు బోయపాటి శ్రీను. కేవలం రామ్ చరణ్ ఇమేజ్ ను వాడుకుంటూ ఫ్యాన్స్ కోసం వరుసగా యాక్షన్ సీన్లు ప్లాన్ చేసుకుంటూ వెళ్లిపోయాడు ఫస్టాఫ్ కేవలం ఫాన్స్ కోసమే అన్నట్లు ఉంటుంది.. కథ లేకుండా ఎంతసేపు ఒక కామెడీ సీన్ ఒక ఫైట్ ఒక ఫ్యామిలీ సీన్ ఇలా సాగిపోతుంది ఇంటర్వెల్ టైమ్కి మళ్లీ వివేక్ ఒబెరాయ్ ఎంట్రీ.. అక్కడ చిన్న వార్నింగ్ సీన్.. దాంతో సెకండాఫ్ పై ఇంకేదో ఉంటుందని అంచనాలు మొదలవుతాయి. కానీ అక్కడ ఇంకేమీ లేదని త్వరగానే అర్థమయ్యేలా చేశాడు బోయపాటి శ్రీను. సెకండ్ హాఫ్ లో కథ ముందుకి వెళ్ళాక అజర్బైజాన్ చుట్టూ తిరుగుతుంటుంది. వరుసగా యాక్షన్ సీన్ లు పెడుతూ ప్రేక్షకుల సహనంతో ఆడుకున్నాడో బోయపాటి. ఇప్పటి వరకు ప్రతి సినిమాలో ఎమోషన్ బాగా క్యారీ చేస్తాడు అనే పేరున్న బోయపాటి శ్రీను తొలిసారి పూర్తిగా డిపార్ట్మెంట్లో ఫెయిల్ అయ్యాడు. ఓవరాల్ గా ఫస్టాఫ్ సెకండాఫ్ అని కాకుండా సినిమా మొత్తంలో ఒక్కటంటే ఒక్కటి హైలెట్ సీన్ అంటూ చెప్పుకోవడానికి లేని సినిమా వినయ విధేయ రామ.

నటీనటులు..

రామ్ చరణ్ బాగా నటించాడు. అయితే రంగస్థలం సినిమా తర్వాత నుంచి అభిమానులు ఊహించిన సినిమా ఇది మాత్రం కాదు. మరోసారి పూర్తిగా రొటీన్ ఫార్మేట్ లోకి వెళ్లి ఉత్సాహపరిచాడు మెగా వారసుడు. కైరా అద్వాని కేవలం పాటలకు మాత్రమే పరిమితమైపోయింది. వివేక్ ఒబేరాయ్ విలన్ గా బాగున్నాడు.. ప్రశాంత్ స్నేహ ఆర్యన్ రాజేష్ ఇల్లంతా తమ తమ పాత్రల్లో మెప్పించారు..

టెక్నికల్ టీమ్ లో దేవిశ్రీ ప్రసాద్ సంగీతం విషయంలో పెద్దగా ఆకట్టుకోలేదు.. పాతపాటలు మరోసారి ఇచ్చి అంతగా మార్కులు వేయించుకోలేదు.. ఎడిటింగ్ చాలా వీక్ గా ఉంది.. దర్శకుడు బోయపాటి శ్రీను పూర్తిగా విఫలమయ్యాడు. పాత కథ కావడం రామ్ చరణ్ వినయ విధేయ రామలకు ప్రతి కులం.

చివరగా.. బోయపాటి కత్తికి బలైపోయిన వినయ విధేయ రామ..

Story

Harikrishna (Kalyan Ram) assures his mother Basavatarakam (Vidhya Balan) at Adayar Cancer Hospital in 1984 hiding the fact that she was diagnosed with cancer. She asks why he left his dad NTR (Balakrishna) for which he tells that he himself asked her to be by her side.

Basavatarakam whose eye sight reduces with each passing second wishes to see NTR's album and goes nostalgic about their journey. she recollects how NTR entered into her life, how he with his frank and straight forward and honest attitude resigned as the registrar at the then Madras Collectorate and how he entered film industry, faced difficulties and became a super star.

Performances

Natasimha Balakrishna slipped into the role effortlessly. He carried the film on his shoulders with his performances bringing in different variations in expressions and emotions. However he looked aged as young NTR. The makers should have cast someone else, especially Jr NTR for the role for better impact. Balakrishna danced to NTR hit songs with full energy and attracted with his mannerisms and antics.

Vidya Balan got a limited role but performed well showing her expressions and emotions elevating the scenes with her screen presence.

Kalyan Ram looked good as Harikrishna and others too did well their roles. Sumanth played well in the role of his grandfather ANR. Though as young ANR did not resemble ANR, he performed well as old ANR.

Hansika looked good as Jaya Prada but others like Shriya, Nitya Menon did not look perfect in looks of Prabha and Savitri. Praneetha looked good as Krishna Kumari. Krish as KV.Reddy elevated the scenes with his intensitry. Naresh as BA.Subba Rao, Murali Sharma as Aluri Chakrapani, Prakash Raj as Nagi Reddy, Avasarala Srinivaas and DV.Narasa Raju performed well.

Other stars performed well in their special appearances.

Technical

Keeravani elevated the scenes with his powerful background music.Couple of songs are good and most of them are situational. Other songs are the remakes of NTR's yesteryear hits.

Editing of Arram Ramakrishna left many drags in the film which slowed the pace. He could have made it even crispy. Cinematography of Ggnanasekhar elevated the scenes taking the film to another level taking movie lovers back to the olden days.

Krish could have added few more twists and turns and concentrated on the emotional connect of the film rather than concentrate on including remixes of NTR's yesteryear hits. Production values are good.

Analysis

Krish who got the golden opportunity to direct the biopic on legendary personality of Telugu people, NTR was also bestowed on the responsibility of elevating him in style on silver screen.

Krish drew inspiration from Mahanati and started off in the same vein narrating NTR's journey from the eyes of his better half Basavatarakam. The narration sails off smoothly with NTR resigning his influential government job and heading to Madras to test his luck in films.

Entire first half showcases his trials and tribulations and eventual rise to stardom in Tollywood. Second half showcases how NTR gets emotionally touched with the peoples issues after few incidents and developments finally decides to enter politics thus paving way to second part of the biopic Mahanayakudu.

The narration goes in a predictable manner singing praises of NTR covering all his negatives and minuses. This reached a stage where after sometime people get bored hearing to NTR praises all the time. This was unlike Mahanati where the makers highlighted even Savitri's minuses.

Second half too goes in the similar manner but interest is generated with NTR entering politics. Powerful dialogues penned by Sai Madhav Burra and Balakrishna'e energetic performance and Krish's powerful taking, kept interest in the second part. Krish's story, screenplay and direction is good. One gets a feeling that his hands are tied most of the time as he did not deviate from any manner.

The film is a treat to Nandamuri fans and it has to be seen how multiplex movie lovers receives it as it lacks the emotional quotient. It has nothing for B, C centers.

జేడీ లక్ష్మీనారాయణ సమర్పించిన ఆధారాలన్నీ ఆ రెండు పేపర్లలో వచ్చిన ఆర్టికల్సే. అవి చూసి కోర్టు, సాక్ష్యాలు తెమ్మంటే వెర్రి మొహం వేసుకొని, " దర్యాప్తు కీలక దశలో ఉంది, బెయిల్ ఇవ్వొద్దు" అని 16 నెలలు చెప్పారు. సుప్రీంకోర్టు చీవాట్లు పెడితే సాక్ష్యాలు ఇంకా లేవన్నారు. జైలు కి పంపినపుడు ఉన్న స్పీడు, సాక్ష్యాలు తేవడానికి ఏమి అయ్యింది. 2౦12 ఉప ఎన్నికల ముందు అరెస్టు చేస్తే, జగన్ ఓడిపోతాడని అనుకొన్న కాంగ్రెస్, ఆ ఎన్నికలలో బొక్క బోర్లా పడింది. జైలులో ఉంచి నయానో భయాన్నో దారికి తేవాలనుకొన్నా జరగలేదు. రేపు బెయిల్ పై విచారణ అంటే బాబుగారు ఎందుకో ఢిల్లీ వెళ్ళేవారు. ఎవరినో కలిసేవారు. బెయిల్ వచ్చేది కాదు.

ఆఖరికి సుప్రీంకోర్టు సాక్ష్యాలు చూపకుండా 9౦ రోజులు దాటితే బెయిల్ ఇవ్వాలని మందలించి, బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేయించింది. న్యాయవ్యవస్థ ను మేనేజ్ చేసేవాడైతే అరెస్టు కాకుండా స్టే తెచ్చుకొని , 2౦14 లోనే ముఖ్యమంత్రి అయిఉండేవాడు. కాళ్ళు పట్టుకొనేవాడైతే కోర్టు లో శంకర్ రావు తో కేసు వేయించినపుడే పట్టుకొనేవాడు. కాంగ్రెస్ తో కుమ్మక్కు అయ్యేవాడైతే కిరణ్ సర్కార్ పై అవిశ్వాస తీర్మానాన్ని పెట్టిఉండేవాడు కాదు. అప్పుడు కిరణ్ సర్కార్ ని కాపాడింది ఎవరో అందరికీ తెలుసు. అప్పుడే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం పడిపోయి ఉంటే, ఎన్నికలు జరిగి ఉండేవి. తెలంగాణ ఊసు ఉండేది కాదు.

ఈ ఆటలో జేడీ ఒక పావు మాత్రమే. కేసు క్విడ్ ప్రో కో అయితే, దానికి సంబంధం లేనివి కూడా కలిపేసారు.

అధికార్లను, మరికొంతమంది ని అరెస్టు చేసి అప్రూవర్ గా మార్చాలని చూసారు. కానీ ఎవరూ ఉపయోగ పడలేదు. అందుకే అవన్నీ వీగిపోతున్నాయి. ఆరు ఏళ్ళు అయినా సాక్ష్యాలు దొరకలేదు. కేసు ప్రూవ్ అయ్యి జైలు కి వెళ్ళలేదు. బయట ఉంచితే సాక్ష్యాలు తారుమారు చేస్తారు అని చెప్తూ జైలు లో పెట్టి, బెయిల్ రాకుండా చేసారు. ఇవన్నీ చాలామందికి తెలిసినవే. కానీ వారు నిజాన్ని అంగీకరించలేరు. జగన్ జైలులో చిప్పకూడు ఎందుకు తిన్నాడు? అని కావాలనే అడుగుతూ ఉంటారు. అదో శాడిజం.

తెలుగు సినిమా ఇండస్ట్రీలో ఎన్నో సమస్యలు వున్నాయి, కానీ ఎవరు వాటిపైన స్పందించరు. కానీ మెగా ఫ్యామిలీ కి ఏదైనా కష్టం వచ్చిందంటే చాలు అందరు చిన్న చితక ఆర్టిస్టులు అందరు బైటకి వచ్చి సపోర్ట్ చేస్తారు. ఇంతకూ ముందే చూసాం 'మా' కూడా అందరి తరుపున ఉండాల్సింది పోయి పెద్ద కుటుంబాలకి ఏదైనా కష్టం వచ్చినపుడే మాట్లాడుతుంది. అలాగే మెగా ఫ్యాన్స్ అని, పవర్ ప్యాన్స్ అని, బన్నీ ఫ్యాన్స్ అని ఫ్యాన్స్ మాత్రమే గొడవ పడుతున్నారు వాళ్ల ఫ్యామిలీలో ఎవరికైన కష్టం వచ్చినపుడు వాళ్ళు అందరు ఒకటైతున్నారు ఫ్యాన్స్ మాత్రం ఇంకా గొడవలు పడుతున్నారు చివరికి పిచోళ్లు అవుతున్నది ఫ్యాన్స్ మాత్రమే.

చిన్న చితక ఆర్టిస్ట్ ల గురించి పోరాడుతున్న శ్రీ రెడ్డి మాత్రం ఆటలో అరటిపండు ఐపోఇంది. ఆర్టిస్టులు అందరు కలిసి కట్టుగా లేనపుడు ఇండస్ట్రీ ని వాళ్ల చేతుల్లో పెట్టుకున్న ఆ నలుగురిని ఎవరు ఏమి చేయలేరు.

మహేష్‌బాబు, మురుగదాస్ కాంబినేషన్‌లో రూపొందించిన లేటెస్ట్ క్రేజీ మూవీ ‘స్పైడర్’. రకుల్ ప్రీత్ సింగ్ కథానాయికగా, ఎస్‌జే సూర్య విలన్‌గా నటించిన ఈ చిత్రం.. టైటిల్ అనౌన్స్‌మెంట్ దగ్గరనుంచి అంచనాలు పెంచుకుంటూ వస్తోంది. ఇక టీజర్, ట్రైలర్లతో విపరీతమైన క్రేజ్ సంపాదించి, ఆడియెన్స్ దృష్టికి తనవైపుకు తిప్పుకుంది. ఆ వీడియోలు చూస్తే.. హాలీవుడ్‌కి ఏమాత్రం తీసిపోని విధంగా ఇందులో యాక్షన్ ఎపిసోడ్స్ వున్నట్లు స్పష్టంగా అర్థమవుతోంది. పైగా.. తొలిసారి మహేష్, మురుగ కలిసి పనిచేయడంతో.. ఇందులో బలమైన మేటర్ వుంటుందనే పాజిటివ్ ఫీలింగ్ వుంది. ఇలా.. విపరీతమైన పాజిటివ్‌తో బజ్‌తో ప్రేక్షకుల ముందుకొచ్చిన ఈ చిత్రం, అంచనాలకు అందుకుందా? లేదా? రివ్యూలోకి వెళ్లి తెలుసుకుందాం పదండి..

కథ :
శివ (మహేష్‌బాబు) ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ బ్యూరోలో పనిచేసే ఒక గూఢాచారి (స్పై ఆఫీసర్). సొసైటీలో జరుగుతున్న అన్యాయాలు, అక్రమాలు, దారుణాలను అణిచివేయడమే అతని లక్ష్యం. ఎక్కడ ఏ ఆపద వచ్చినా.. టెక్నాలజీ సహకారంతో ఆ ప్రదేశానికి చేరుకుని జనాల్ని రక్షిస్తాడు. ఇలా తన పని తాను చేసుకుంటూ పోతుండగా.. ఒకరోజు శివకి మెడికల్ స్టూడెంట్ అయిన రకుల్‌తో పరిచయం ఏర్పడుతుంది. అది కాస్త ప్రేమగా మారుతుంది.

కట్ చేస్తే.. సొసైటీలో అనుకోకుండా ఒక్కసారిగా విధ్వంసాలు చోటు చేసుకుంటాయి. ఎక్కడబడితే అక్కడ బ్లాస్ట్‌లు అవుతుంటాయి. అలాగే.. ఓ భయంకరమైన వైరస్ కారణంగా జనాలు చనిపోతుంటారు. ఈ దారుణాలన్నింటికి ఎస్‌జే సూర్య కారణమని తెలుసుకున్న శివ.. అతణ్ణి పట్టుకోవడానికి రంగంలోకి దిగుతాడు. అయితే.. సూర్య తన తెలివితో దొరక్కుండా శివ వేసే ప్లాన్స్‌ ఫెయిల్ అయ్యేలా చేస్తాడు. ఆ తర్వాత సూర్య ఏం చేశాడు? అతడ్ని పట్టుకోవడం కోసం అతని చేసిన ప్రయత్నాలేంటి? వాటిని తిప్పికొట్టేందుకు సూర్య వేసిన ఎత్తుగడలు ఏంటి? ఇంతకీ వీరిమధ్య సాగే పోరాటానికి, రకుల్‌కి ఏమైనా సంబంధం ఉందా? అసలు సూర్య ఎందుకు మనుషుల్ని చంపుతుంటాడు? అనే అంశాలతో ఈ సినిమా సాగుతుంది.

ఈ సినిమా కథ కొత్తదేమీ కాదు.. దొంగా-పోలీస్ ఆటలాగా హీరో-విలన్ మధ్య సాగే యాక్షన్ థ్రిల్లర్! ఈ థీమ్‌తో ఇదివరకే ఎన్నో చిత్రాలు వచ్చాయి. అయితే.. దర్శకుడు మురుగదాస్ వాటన్నింటికంటే తనదైన శైలిలో ఈ చిత్రాన్ని అద్భుతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాడు. హీరో-విలన్ పోరాటాలకి మధ్య ట్విస్టులు జోడించి.. కథని ఆసక్తికరంగా మలిచాడు. సీన్ టు సీన్ థ్రిల్ చేస్తూ, చివరివరకు కథని మైండ్‌బ్లోయింగ్‌గా నడిపించాడు. ముఖ్యంగా.. హీరో-విలన్ మధ్య సాగే మైండ్‌గేమ్, పోరాట సన్నివేశాల్ని చాలా బాగా తెరకెక్కించాడు. సీన్ టు సీన్ ఏమవుతుందా? అనే ఉత్కంఠ రేపుతూ.. ప్రేక్షకుల్ని సీటుకే అలాగే అతుక్కుపోయేలా చేశాడు. ఓవరాల్ మురుగదాస్.. తన మార్క్ మెసేజ్ మూవీతో మరోసారి ఆడియెన్స్‌ని సంతృప్తి పరిచాడు.

ఫస్టాఫ్ విషయానికొస్తే.. మొదట 15 నిముషాలు హీరో ఇంట్రొడక్షన్, అతని చేసే కొన్ని విన్యాసాలతో నడుస్తుంది. ఆ తర్వాత హీరోయిన్‌ ఎంట్రీ, ఆమెకి-హీరోకి మధ్య రొమాంటిక్ ట్రాక్‌ మామూలే! ప్రీ-ఇంటర్వెల్ వరకు సరదాగా, ఎంటర్టైన్ చేస్తూ సాగే ఈ చిత్రం ఒక్కసారిగా మలుపు తిరుగుతుంది. సిటీలో అనుకోకుండా విధ్వంసం చోటు చేసుకోవడం (ట్రైలర్‌లో చూపించే పెద్ద బండరాయి సీన్), విలన్ ఎంట్రీ ఇవ్వడంతో సినిమాపై ఆసక్తి పెరుగుతుంది. అప్పటినుంచే హీరో-విలన్‌కి మధ్య పోరాటం స్టార్ట్ అవుతుంది. ఇంటర్వెల్ బ్యాంగ్ అయితే మైండ్‌బ్లోయింగ్. ఇక సెకండాఫ్ మొత్తం థ్రిల్లింగ్‌గా సాగుతుంది. హీరో-విలన్ మధ్య నడిచే మైండ్‌గేమ్ అదిరిపోయింది. యాక్షన్ సీన్లైతే కళ్లుచెదిరేలా వున్నాయి. హాలీవుడ్‌కి ఏమాత్రం తీసిపోని రేంజ్‌లో వున్నాయి. ఒకాదొక దశలో.. మనం హాలీవుడ్ సినిమా చూస్తున్నామా? అనే ఫీలింగ్ కలుగుతుంది. ప్రీ-క్లైమాక్స్, క్లైమాక్స్ ఎపిసోడ్స్ ఈ చిత్రాన్ని మరో స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లాయి. చివర్లో వచ్చే రోలర్ కోస్టర్ ఫైట్ సీన్ ఎంతో ఉత్కంఠగా సాగుతుంది.

ఓవరాల్‌గా చూస్తే.. ఇందులో ఆడియెన్స్‌కి కావాల్సిన ఎంగేజింగ్ పాయింట్స్ అన్నీ వున్నాయి. కడుపుబ్బా నవ్వుకోవడానికి అక్కడక్కడ కామెడీ సీన్లు, ఎమోషన్‌ని పండించే ఎపిసోడ్స్, హీరో-హీరోయిన్‌ల రీఫ్రెషింగ్ లవ్ ట్రాక్ అన్నీ బాగానే కుదిరాయి. అక్కడక్కడ కొన్ని సీన్లు సాగదీసినా.. అవేవీ పెద్దగా బోరింగ్‌గా అనిపించవు. మొత్తానికి.. ఈసారి మహేష్ చెప్పినట్లుగానే హిట్ బొమ్మ కొట్టాడు.

నటీనటుల ప్రతిభ :
గూఢాచారి శివ పాత్రలో మహేష్‌బాబు అదరగొట్టేశాడు. తన హ్యాండ్‌సమ్ లుక్స్‌తో కట్టిపడేస్తూనే.. ‘స్పై’గా చితక్కొట్టేశాడు. ఈ పాత్రలో పూర్తిగా పరకాయ ప్రవేశం చేసి.. ఆడియెన్స్‌ని శివగా మెప్పించాడు. ఎమోషనల్ సీన్స్‌ని కూడా బాగానే పండించాడు. విలన్‌గా ఎస్‌జే సూర్య నటన అమోఘం. బహుశా ఆ క్యారెక్టర్‌కి అతను తప్ప మరెవ్వరూ సూటవ్వరేమో అనేంతగా జీవించేశాడు. రకుల్ ప్రీత్‌కి మంచి పాత్రే దక్కింది. ఈమె పాత్ర అనూహ్య ట్విస్ట్‌తో కూడి వుంటుంది. సినిమాలో అది రివీల్ అయ్యాక.. మైండ్ బ్లాక్ అవ్వడం ఖాయం. ఇప్పటివరకు నవ్వించిన ప్రియదర్శి ఇందులో భిన్నమైన రోల్‌లో కనిపించి ఆశ్చర్యపరిచాడు. మిగతావాళ్లంతా తమతమ పాత్రలకు పూర్తి న్యాయం చేశారు.

సాంకేతిక పనితీరు :
సంతోష్ శివన్ సినిమాటోగ్రఫీ ఈ చిత్రాన్ని మరో లెవెల్‌కి తీసుకెళ్లింది. తన కెమెరాపనితనంతో గ్రాండ్ విజువల్స్‌తో మనకో హాలీవుడ్ మూవీని చూపించాడు. హరీస్ జయరాజ్ సాంగ్స్ పెద్దగా ఆకట్టుకోలేకపోయినా.. బ్యాక్‌గ్రౌండ్ మాత్రం కుమ్మేశాడు. ఎడిటింగ్ బాగుంది. నిర్మాణ విలువలకు ఎక్కడా వంకపెట్టడానికి లేదు. ఇక మురుగదాస్ గురించి మాట్లాడుకుంటే.. అతని ప్రతిభ ఏంటో అందరికీ తెలుసు. ఆయనకు ఇంత క్రేజ్ దక్కడానికి గల కారణం ఏంటో.. ఈ సినిమా చూశాక అర్థం అవుతుంది. మధ్యలో కొన్ని లోపాలున్న.. సినిమాని చాలా బాగా డీల్ చేశాడు. ఈ చిత్రం కేవలం మహేష్‌కే కాదు.. మురుగకి కూడా అతని కెరీర్‌లో ప్రత్యేకంగా నిలిచిపోతుంది.

Story

Lava Kumar (NTR), manager of Needs Bank lands in trouble and is on the verge of losing his job due to his innocence and honesty. With these tensions he mets with an accident and to his surprise finds out his lost brother Kusa (NTR), a petty thief who is on a mission to fly to USA to loot in dollars. Kusa promises Lava to solve his problems but instead tries to loot the bank.

However both will be in for a shock from Jai (NTR), their another brother, who is dreaded as Ravana in Berhmapur, Odisha. To find out more about the sibling rivalry and where this will lead to, enjoy Jai Lava Kusa on silver screen.

Performance

NTR as usual slipped into the characters. NTR who is a born actor showed his acting power in negative role as Jai. He should be complimented for accepting the negative role with stammer which many refuse to do. He came with powerful expressions and emotions in the negative role as Jai. He surprises with his body language as Jai.

Compared to Jai,other two characters are less intent and emotional. NTR through Lava and Kusa tried to give entertainment to movie lovers. He with his comedy timing and expressions as Kusa filled the role with energy. He showed good variations as Lava, character filled with full of innocence.

He tried different movements in dances bringing in variations to thrill his fans and movie lovers. He enacted fights with ease and overall gave sumptuous treat to all his fans in three different roles.

Rashi Khanna attracted with her looks in the film. Niveda Thomas attracted with her gorgeous looks and Nanditha appeared in one scene. However all the heroines got very limited roles and no scope to show their talent. Tamanna teased in a special song. Hamsa Nandini indulged in beauty treat. Ronit Roy is OK in the negative role. Posani Krishna Murali, Abhimanyu Singh, Priyadarshi performed according to their roles.

Technical

Devi Sri Prasad gave foot tapping music and the songs are well shot. Masses will love it. Except for the fast beats, there is nothing to rave about the songs. Choreography is good and elevated NTR's dancing talent. Background score elevated the scenes.

Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao's editing is ok and could have been better as there are few scenes which dragged the film. Production values are not up to the mark.

Bobby should have concentrated on the story, script, screenplay and direction and included few more twists and turns to get better results. Had he plugged the loopholes in the above said things, the impact would have been even more powerful.

Bobby who attracted with Power,despite getting shock with Power Star Pawan Kalyan's Sardar Gabbar Singh, managed to impress NTR with Jai Lava Kusa story line. Bobby tried to show NTR in never seen before three different roles in the film. To some extent he emerged successful as he showed NTR in completely negative role to surprise everyone.

However in his quest to elevate the negative angle in Jai, he lost his focus on Lava and Kusa roles and both looked more or less similar. At the same time, he failed with his story, screenplay and direction. Story of the film looked routine with no real twists and turns.

Right from the start to finish, it looked predictable and first half starts on a slow pace and except for few entertaining scenes between Lava and Kusa, there is hardly nothing in it. Interest increases only during the interval bang with the introduction of Jai.

Jai steals the show in the entire second half. However after sometime, all the scenes turn repetitive testing the patience of the movie lovers. Bobby failed to highlight the bonding between brothers in a convincing manner and also failed to elevate the roles other than NTR. Bobby tries to plug these drawbacks with commercial elements like Tamanna's song which had only limited effect. However for all the drawbacks, NTR with his powerful performance, erased them and powered the film on his shoulders.
