King Akkineni Nagarjuna’s ‘Bhai’ has completed its censor formalities today. As per the latest reports that have reached us, the movie has received a U/A rating from the censor board. Sources also say that 3 dialogue cuts have been suggested. We are awaiting an official confirmation from the production team.

The movie is all set for its theatrical release on October 25th. The movie has been directed by Veerabhadram and Nagarjuna himself is the producer. Richa Gangopadhyay will be seen as the heroine in this movie. Devi Sri Prasad has composed the tunes and the audio has already become quite popular.

‘Bhai’ is expected to be a mass masala entertainer, with a good dose of comedy and action. Nagarjuna will be seen in a very entertaining avatar in this movie. Reliance Entertainments banner has co-produced this film.

Bhai starring King Akkineni Nagarjuna released its theatrical trailer and immediately one dialogue from the film has caught everyone’s attention. A dialogue uttered at the very end of the trailer on ‘trendsetter’ seems to have hit the raw nerve of Pawan Kalyan fans. Remember the dialogue “nenu trend ni follow avvani, set chesta” from Gabbar Singh, this one from Bhai is clearly taking at that.

However fans of Akkineni Nagarjuna on the other hand feel there is no dig here and the dialogue is indeed apt for Nagarjuna who has created many trends before by acting in some path breaking movies. They cite the examples of films like Shiva, Geethanjali and Annamayya etc as example. Well, they surely have a point don’t they?

On the other hand taking a dig at other movies seems to be new way at getting instant publicity of the movie. Recently in the trailer of Doosukeltha too we saw how its lead hero took at dig at recently released film through a dialogue. This trend surely isn’t healthy or worthy of emulating we think.

Describing his upcoming Telugu action-drama "Bhai" as a "popcorn entertainer", actor Akkineni Nagarjuna promises that the various commercial essentials make it a film for everybody.

"With catchy one-liners, drama, songs, comedy sequences and stunning action shot in different exotic locales, my film is a popcorn entertainer. The concoction of commercial elements makes it a film everybody would love to watch," said Nagarjuna in a statement.

Nagarjuna,53, is said to portray three different shades in the film, which has been shot over 15 international locales such as Bangkok and different part of Europe.

Slated to release in September, "Bhai" is helmed by Veerabhadram, who rose to fame with his highly successful blockbuster directorial debut "Poolarangadu".

The film also features Richa Gangopadhyay as hero's love interest, while Sonu Sood, Rahul Dev, Mukul Dev, Ashish Vidyarthi, Brahmanandam and Jayaprakash Reddy will be seen in important roles.

Hamsa Nandhini and Nathalia Kaur will be seen in two item numbers each.

Nagarjuna, who has also produced the film under his home banner Annapurna Studios, says "it will be the quality of the script and the versatility of all the actors that will leave a lasting impression".

According to latest information, first look and the teaser are going to release in August. Sources close to Nagarjuna revealed that First look will be launched on August 9th. The film is almost completed except for a song, fight and the wedding episode. An extravagant set worth Rs1.5crs was erected at Annapurna studios for this film.

Sources also added that this film is completely based on comedy and it will also have sister sentiment. SinceNagarjuna’s earlier films with sister sentiment turned out to be hits. So, filmmakers included it in “Bhai” too. “Life is Beautiful” fame Zara Shah is starring as Nagarjuna’s sister in the film. Kamna Jethmalani,Nathalia Kaur are also starring in the film. This film is produced by Nagarjuna himself under ‘Annapurna Studios Banner’ and Devi Sri Prasad composed the music. The movie will hit the theatres on September 13th.

Not everyday does a two-film old director gets a chance to work with a big star.

Veerabhadram Choudhary managed to get Nagarjuna for his third film.

Bhai is readying for release and the director is quite confident about the film’s success.

Director Veerabharam Choudhary is doing his first film with a big hero and he is sure that he will hit the bull’s eye with Bhai.

He had earlier directed Aha Na Pellanta with Naresh and Poolarangadu with Sunil. This time, he is hoping he will hit a hat-trick with Nag’s film. If the film turns out to be a huge hit, Choudhary will get into the big league of directors.

It is a known fact that Nagarjuna is particular about the story and picturisation than the director. If he is impressed with a story, he is one actor who will work with new directors.

Choudhary insists that Bhai will be one of Nagarjuna’s biggest hits. The film is said to be an out and out commercial entertainer. Director Choudhary hopes it will be a milestone in his career.

Nagarjuna's Bhai satellite rights were sold out at a whopping price of 6 Crores to Zee channel. It is known that Nagarjuna himself is producing the film under Annapurna Studios and it comes as a surprise when the actor has sold the rights to Zee channel other than his own Maa TV.

Veerabhadram Chowdary is directing this mafia backdrop movie that casts Richa Gangopadhyay as the heroine and Sonu Sood as villain. Nathalia Kaur sizzled in a special song in the movie and Kamna Jethmalani has done a special role.

Devi Sri Prasad is providing the soundtrack for Bhai. Veerabhadram who has directed ?Aha Na Pellanta? and ?Poola Rangadu? in a row is hoping to score hattrick with Bhai.
