Chiranjeevi declares Ram Charan as No.1

Ever since Chiranjeevi left the Film Industry, the prestigious No.1 Position in the Industry has been left vacant. Even after five years, none of the young heroes could occupy this slot as all the top four  Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan and Jr NTR are fighting neck-on-neck.

Chiranjeevi, however, feels his son has already occupied his position in Tollywood. During a recent media interaction, Megastar commented, "I am happy that Ram Charan has taken my place in the Telugu Film Industry".

If what Chiru said was true, what about the positions of Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan and Jr NTR? No doubt, Ram Charan has an impressive track record with One Industry Hit (Magadheera), 2 Super-Hits (Racha, Naayak) and One Hit (Chirutha) out of the five films. But its too early to say he occupied the No.1 slot.

As per the critics and film buffs,  Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan are the two top contenders for Chiru's place as of now. Even Charan isn't too far away from getting into his legendary father's shoes. Only future will decide, who will have the last laugh!
