While Dhanush’s last month release Raanjhanaa performed well in box office, the Tamil dubbed version titled Ambikapathy fared with a decent business here. Now the actor’s next outing Maryan will be hitting screens this Friday (July 19).
The expectations are getting bigger as many screens in Tamil Nadu have equipped with Auro 3D surround system for this film. The film is directed by Bharatbala and is produced by Aascar Ravichandran with A.R. Rahman scoring music.
Malayalam actress Parvathi has played the female lead opposite Dhanush and actor Salim has an important role to perform. The film is getting released in major screens, thereby replacing Suriya’s Singam II in many theatres.
