Superstar Mahesh Babu is impressed by his seven-year-old son Gautham Krishna's ability to lip sync and mouth dialogues in upcoming Telugu action-thriller "1: Nenokkadine". Gautham plays the younger version of Mahesh in the film, slated to release next year.

"Mahesh was extremely happy that Gautham was able to perfectly mouth his lines in the very first take. He didn't even need retakes as he was so confident with his lines and even produced the required modulation for the scenes," the film's director B. Sukumar told IANS.

"Gautham's role is very important from the perspective of the film's narrative. He will be seen in the flashback scenes of the film and has some very good lines to deliver," he added.

"1: Nenokkadine" also features debutante Kriti Shanon alongside Nassar, Sayaji Shinde, Pradeep Rawat and Kelly Dorji with Vikram Singh in important roles.

Produced by 14 Reels Entertainment, the film has music by Devi Sri Prasad.

It appears there are good number of co-incidences between Prince mahesh babu's upcoming film '1' and Superstar Krishna's 'Number One' movies. According to this, the title of both the movies are similar and convey the meaning that both the heroes are number ones. Moreover, Krishna's 'Number One' was released for Pongal, 1994. Exactly 20 years later, Mahesh's '1' is gearing up for release in the season of Pongal, 2014. Finally, Krishna's 'Number One' scored super hit at the box office then. Can '1' also score a blockbuster or super hit? Let's wait for the release of the movie.

Mahesh Babu made debut as child artiste in his father Krishna's film. And his son Gautham also follows the same path. Mahesh Babu's 7-year-old son Gautham is making debut his debut as child actor, sources informed us. Gautham will be doing the younger version of Mahesh Babu in director Sukumar's current film that is under progress.

Sources close to the film confirmed us that a trail shoot is currently being done on Gautham Krishna.

This news would definitely make Mahesh Babu's fans go in frenzy as they have been waiting Gautham's debut on screen. When we asked Mahesh Babu about his son's entry into films, he replied: "We don't have any such plans, at present."

Interestingly, fifteen days later news comes from the sets of his movie that the junior Mahesh will be portraying the role childhood portions of their hero.
