Vishwaroopam/Vishwaroop, the Rs 95 crore
spy thriller, produced and directed by Kamal Haasan has crossed the 100
crore mark in India. The film has supposedly made a humongous Rs 120
crores in the Indian box office. This is reportedly the third Tamil film
after Sivaji and Enthiran to achieve this massive feat at the BO.
The news was also confirmed by actor Rahul Bose recently through his twitter post. The film is also scoring big time at the USA and UK BO. According to trade pundits, the film (Tamil and Telugu) at the end of the third week in UK and USA (in reported theaters), has raked massive Rs 2.33 crores and Rs 6.41 crores respectively.
Meanwhile, Kamal has tentatively named the sequel as ‘Moo’. He will begin the pre-production process for the film in a month’s time. He might also be roping in a couple of Hollywood stars for the sequel.
