పైకి కనిపించడంలేదుగానీ, తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అధినేత నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు విలవిల్లాడుతున్నారట. తానేమో హైటెక్‌ చంద్రబాబునంటూ ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటోంటే, హైద్రాబాద్‌ ఐటీకి తానే బ్రాండ్‌ అంబాసిడర్‌ననిపించుకుంటున్నారు తెలంగాణ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్‌. ఇదే ఇప్పుడు చంద్రబాబుకి కంటిమీద కునుకు లేకుండా చేస్తోంది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో ఐటీ రంగం విస్తరించడం మాట తర్వాత.. అసలంటూ బీజం కూడా పడే పరిస్థితి లేదాయె. అదే సమయంలో హైద్రాబాద్‌లో ఐటీ వెలుగులు మరింత బాగా కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. 

ఈ విషయంలో మాత్రం కేటీఆర్‌కి ఎవరైనా హేట్సాఫ్‌ చెప్పాల్సిందే. ఉమ్మడి తెలుగు రాష్ట్రం విభజన తర్వాత హైద్రాబాద్‌లో ఐటీ వెలుగులు తగ్గిపోతాయని అంతా అనుకున్నారు. హైటెక్‌ చంద్రబాబు, హైద్రాబాద్‌లో హైటెక్‌ సిటీ నిర్మించాకే సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ రంగం అభివృద్ధి చెందిందనీ, ఆ చంద్రబాబు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కి ముఖ్యమంత్రి అవడంతో, విశాఖతోపాటు తిరుపతిలోనూ ఐటీ రంగం విస్తరిస్తుందనే ప్రచారం టీడీపీ వర్గాలు గట్టిగా చేశాయి. 

ఇప్పుడేమో పరిస్థితులు మారిపోయాయి. ఐటీ రంగానికి సంబంధించినంతవరకు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ అట్టడుగు స్థానంలో వుంది. ఏమాత్రం పైకి ఎగబాకే పరిస్థితి లేదక్కడ. మూలిగే నక్క మీద తాటికాయ పడ్డట్టు, హుద్‌హుద్‌ తుపాను విశాఖ ఐటీ రంగాన్ని కోలుకోలేని దెబ్బ తీసింది. అప్పటినుంచీ ఇప్పటిదాకా చంద్రబాబు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో సాఫ్ట్‌వేర్‌ రంగం.. అన్న ఊసెత్తలేదు. కానీ, పదే పదే తనను తాను హైటెక్‌ చంద్రబాబునని ప్రమోట్‌ చేసుకుంటున్నారు. 

ఇదిలా వుంటే, తెలంగాణ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్‌.. బీజేపీతో టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ దగ్గరవుతోందన్న సంకేతాలు పంపారు. కేంద్ర మంత్రి దత్తాత్రేయను కలిసి హైద్రాబాద్‌ అభివృద్ధిపై కేటీఆర్‌ చర్చలు జరపడంపై చంద్రబాబు ఆరా తీస్తున్నారట. 'కేంద్రంతో కలిసి పనిచేయడానికి సిద్ధంగా వున్నాం..' అని కేటీఆర్‌ చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యల్ని చంద్రబాబు చాలా లోతుగా పరిశీలించాల్సి వుందిప్పుడు. టీడీపీతో తెలంగాణలో ఇక వేగలేం, వెలగలేం.. అనే విషయం బీజేపీకి అర్థమయిపోయింది. ఆ దిశగా తెలంగాణ బీజేపీ శ్రేణులకు బీజేపీ జాతీయ నేతలు సంకేతాలు కూడా పంపేశారు. ఈ మధ్యకాలంలో బీజేపీ - టీడీపీ నేతలు కలిసి కనిపించింది లేదు. పాలేరు ఉప ఎన్నిక విషయంలో టీడీపీ - కాంగ్రెస్‌కి మద్దతివ్వడంతో బీజేపీ మరింత ఆగ్రహంతో రగిలిపోయింది. 

సరిగ్గా టైమ్‌ చూసి, తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి.. టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ అధినేత కేసీఆర్‌ బీజేపీతో సఖ్యతకు రంగం సిద్ధం చేశారు. అందులో భాగంగానే కేటీఆర్‌, బండారు దత్తాత్రేయతో సమావేశమవడం, నరేంద్రమోడీ సర్కార్‌ని కేసీఆర్‌ పొగిడేయడం జరిగాయన్నది ఇన్‌సైడ్‌ సోర్సెస్‌ కథనం. ఇదంతా చూశాక చంద్రబాబు కంగారుపడకుండా వుండగలరా.? ఛాన్సే లేదు. బీజేపీ అధిష్టానంతో, 'మన మైత్రి చెడిపోదు కదా.?' అంటూ ఆల్రెడీ చర్చలు కూడా జరిపేశారట. మరోపక్క తెలంగాణ టీడీపీ నేతలు మాత్రం, బీజేపీ కారణంగా కోల్పోయిందే తప్ప, లాభపడిందేమీ లేదంటూ బీజేపీని లైట్‌ తీసుకుంటుండడం గమనార్హం. 

మొత్తమ్మీద, వయసులో చిన్నోడే అయినా, చంద్రబాబుని చాలా గట్టిగా దెబ్బ కొట్టేశారు పరోక్షంగా. ఈ దెబ్బకు విలవిల్లాడుతున్న టీడీపీ అధినేత చంద్రబాబు, తెలంగాణలో బీజేపీ - టీడీపీ శ్రేణుల మధ్య ఐక్యత పెంచగలుగుతారా.? బీజేపీ, తెలంగాణలో టీడీపీతో కలిసి ఇంకెన్నాళ్ళు అంటకాగుతుంది.? వేచి చూడాల్సిందే.

The election notification for Andhra Pradesh State Assembly is all set to arrive by the end of this month. We are said that the Election Commission is planning to complete all the formalities by February 25th and release the notification by 28th. And the election code of conduct will immediately come in to force. According to the state election commission 72 Lakh New Voters are registered this year and will be casting their vote for the first time. The commission also removed 36 Lakh voters who are either dead or fake.

This election will also have the introduction of NOTA option for the first time in Andhra Pradesh history. NOTA stands for None of The Above which can be pressed if the voter do not like any contestant of the election. The NOTA button will be present in the last of Electronic Voting Machines.

The game of dramatic politics is still on in Andhra Pradesh and whether the state will remain united or not, many are focusing on who will take CM Kiran’s chair. 

As part of that, whoever goes to Sonia Gandhi’s meeting these days, it is being speculated as he is being made as the CM.

However, this theory doesn’t seem to apply for Chiranjeevi. 

Recently Chiru went for a meeting with Sonia but nobody is speculating about his candidature for the CM’s chair. 

This is conveying clearly that he may be a megastar in cinema but he has become the most popular junior artist in politics.

Nobody is able to believe or imagine that he can become the CM. 

Instead, they are suggesting he should return to films and do his 150th film. 

Lately, his fans are also saying Chiranjeevi should work where there is respect and dignity for him but not like this. 

But will Chiru really listen to such things?

Hyderabad: Former Andhra Pradesh police chief V. Dinesh Reddy Tuesday levelled serious allegations against Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy, saying he did not want the formation of a Telangana state. 

The former director general of police told reporters here the chief minister did not extend his term in office as part of a conspiracy to shield his brother Santosh Reddy allegedly involved in land grabbing.  

The former police chief made these sensational allegations a day after the Supreme Court rejected Dinesh Reddy's petition for extending his term by an year. 

He claimed the chief minister brought pressure on him to say that if Telangana was created, the Maoist problem would resurface.  

"As a conscientious officer I refused to say this," said Dinesh Reddy, who hails from Nellore district of coastal Andhra. 

Dinesh Reddy said the chief minister also brought pressure on him to allow a meeting of employees of Seemandhra (Rayalaseema and coastal Andhra) in Hyderabad. He claimed that Kiran Reddy also questioned his decision to seek central paramilitary forces before the announcement on carving Telangana out of Andhra Pradesh. 

"I want to tell people how safe we are in the state when for the chief minister his personal agenda is more important than the law and order and public interest," he said, alleging that the chief minister humiliated him by abruptly ending his term after promising extension. 

Dinesh Reddy retired as the state police chief Sep 30 after attaining the age of superannuation as both the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) and the state high court dismissed his petition seeking directions to the government to extend his term. 

Last month, the Supreme Court ordered a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into Dinesh Reddy's alleged illegal assets, following a petition moved by another Indian Police Service officer, Umesh Kumar. 

After Dinesh Reddy's allegations, leaders of the Congress party from Telangana and other parties urged the central government to sack the chief minister and order a CBI probe against him and his brother. 

Former minister and Congress legislator P. Shankar Rao called for a thorough probe into what he called the chief minister's scams. Shankar Rao wanted to know if Dinesh Reddy got him arrested in a land case at the chief minister's instance. 

Telangana Rashtra Samithi leader K. Taraka Rama Rao said Dinesh Reddy's allegations proved that Kiran Reddy was acting as a leader of Seemandhra. He asked the central government to immediately sack him. 

In the past we have seen movies on Telangana movement and here is now a movie on Samayikya Andhra. A movie is being made with 4 heroes and 2 heroines in the lead roles and will focus on the loss in education, Water and Power sectors if the state is bifurcated. The movie team is shooting with two units to make sure the movie releases on November 1st, AP Formation day. They are planning to telecast the movie in all the News channels on November 10th to create awareness in the people.

The movie will have statements of few political leaders in the support of United Andhra Pradesh. The movie is being directed by a new comer and is being produced by Neelisetti Subba Rao under Crown movies banner. Vandemataram Srinivas is scoring music for it while Nandamuri Hari is the editor.

This is one of the memorable days in the history of telangana. It is like independence to Telangana State. This has to be celebrated in Telangana districts as a festival but very few people are aware of what 17th Sept. stands for in the history of Telangana. A Holiday has to be declared on this day as a mark of respect to many telanganites who laid their lives in getting Telangana. There are many villages in Telangana which has contributed a lot to separate Telangana. One such village is Bairanpally situated in Maddur Mandal of Warangal Dist. Almost 150 people laid down their lives fighting against Nizam's rule in a single day. There are many such villages in Telangana who have strived for separate Telangana. This is a good occasion for all of us to pay tributes to these Martyrs and strive for the cause of separate Telangana.

Will the special CBI court take into consideration the political reasons and grant bail to the YSR Congress Party President Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy?

In his bail petition, Jagan gave an elaborate political background behind his arrest, framing of the case against him and keeping him in jail for over 15 months.

The Kadapa MP's bail plea is very significant in the sense that it mentions the present political turmoil in Seemandhra region and highlights the need for him to reach out to the people there and give them the much-needed moral support.

The sources close to Jagan and his party say that his bail petition made out a strong case for his release on bail.

To begin with, the present case of disproportionate assets was foisted on him as part of political vendetta.

In the meantime, the Congress government has sought to divide the state and create a strife among Telugu people. 

"I am the president of a major political party in the state. According to several surveys conducted by the national media, my party has emerged as a dominant force in the state. In these difficult times when the people of Seemandhra have hit the streets demanding justice, it is my responsibility to be by their side and support them in all possible ways. I have never influenced the course of the investigation or the witnesses in the case. I may kindly be granted bail since the Supreme Court's time-frame for completion of investigations has ended," Jagan said in his petition.

It remains to be seen whether the CBI court will be convinced by the political reasons that Jagan cited in his petition. Moreover, the CBI probe into the alleged illegal assets case has also completed now.

The CBI informed the court that it would file the final set of charge sheets by September 18. The court has adjourned the hearing on the bail petition to Sept 18.   

Jagan is lodged in Chanchalguda central jail in Hyderabd since his arrest by the CBI in May last year in connection with the disproportionate assets case.

In what can be called as a rather unprecedented uprising, the Seemandhra agitation for unified Andhra Pradesh took many by surprise and jolted the high command at Delhi as well.

The key reason for that being it is a people driven movement without the involvement of any politicians or any selfish motives.

However, some of the hardcore Telangana seekers have a different interpretation about the whole thing. They say “The main reason for this kind of intense agitation they are doing is only for Hyderabad. It is not about the welfare of the Telangana region or the people living in it.”

They add “This is not a true people movement, that much scene is not there. This is just out of love for Hyderabad. If they get a different capital for Andhra with all the required funds, will they do? They will simply keep quiet. The Seemandhra people have only two objectives- either Telangana persons should get injustice or must be at a lesser level than Seemandhras, that’s all.” How do you reason this out folks?

There is a renewed speculation in political circles that the YSR Congress Party President Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy could be released on bail soon.

It is said that the right conditions have been created now to pave the way for Jagan's release from Chanchalguda prison.

There is a talk that the Kadapa MP could win freedom in September or October this year.

After the transfer of the CBI Joint Director Lakshminarayana from Hyderabad, the speculation has grown that the case will see a turn in favour of Jagan.

Moreover, the political observers say that the Congress President Sonia Gandhi is now convinced that she can depend on YSR Congress Party's support to the UPA after 2014 elections.

By creating separate Telangana state, the Congress is expected to sweep the new state and bag a lion's share of Lok Sabha seats from Telangana.

In view of the anger sweeping the Seemandhra region, the party is bound to lose heavily.

However, this can be compensated by forging an arrangement with Jagan. There is optimism in the YSR Congress Party circles that their leader will walk free soon, thanks to the change political scenario. The Congress and YSR Congress Party are said to have reached a quid pro quo agreement in this regard.
