He is known for for performances in films like `Khandaan`, `Madhumati`, `Milan`, `Aurat`, `Bari Behen`, `Jis Desh Men Ganga Behti Hai`, `Half Ticket`, `Upkar`, `Purab Aur Paschim`, `Don`, `Zanjeer` and `Amar, Akbar, Anthony`.
