Rajamouli is the director who can make miracles even with fresh faces. When Trivikram and Srinu Vaitla achieved success with top heroes, Rajamouli crossed them with second level heroes. Now, Trivikram and Srinu Vaitla stabilized their career with the help of Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan.

Now, both these directors are in search of one more actor as their combination with these top actors became quite common in Tollywood. Prabhas is upcoming stabilized hero in Tollywood after Mahesh and Pawan. hero were booked by Rajamouli till 2015. Hence, Srinu Vaitla and Trivikram may be quite unhappy with Rajamouli.

Soon after relieving Prabhas from “Bahubali” project, either Srinu Vaitla or Trivikram Srinivas may bag the dates of these actor. Even though Jr.NTR and Ram Charan are in the list, Prabhas proved themselves in the recent times with blockbusters “Mirchi” 

When top league directors are involved in their films, they tend to ensure that a lot of precautions are taken so that information about their project and other details are not going out. This is much required given the money that is at stake and many other things. But it looks like director Rajamouli is not that lucky. 

The Tollywood insiders reveal  one of his assistants is a media informer and that’s how the news got leaked that ‘Baahubali’ making video is a copy of 'The Amazing Videohivers'. 

Buzz is that the same assistant leaked the info on the inspiration behind the making video. The news has become a sensation in media circles. 

From Rajamouli’s end, since he has to do business and there is tons of money involved, he would not reveal about copying and do silently which is fair enough.  But due to certain elements like the assistants, the damage is collateral. 

Rajamouli should focus on better loyalty from team members.

It is known news that hero Prabhas is currently committed to the film ‘Bahubali’ and it is also known that this film will take at least one and half years to be completed.  

While that sort of commitment is appreciated towards a magnum opus, buzz is that the elders at home are not too happy. 

It is heard that they have begun pressurizing Prabhas to go for an alliance.  

Chances are there that before ‘Bahubali’ is over he might become the hero.  

Buzz is that the family is putting pressure on Prabhas that age is catching up and time will be taken even after an alliance is actually finalized. 

Prabhas is 1979 born and his family members are apparently saying “All your age heroes have got married. You are not into Bollywood to get married at 40s. So, get married soon.”

The film stars RaNa, Prabhas, Anushka in the film. According to sources since Sridevi is averse to mother roles, she is quoting over 1cr to be part of ‘Bahubali’. It has to be seen whether Rajamouli relents for Sridevi's starry demands. Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni are producing the film under Arka Media banner and will be presented by K Raghavendra Rao. Keeravani is composing music for the film.

Here is the exclusive picture of the 'Data Storage Device' that's been used by the makers of magnum opus 'Baahubali' to avoid any chances of piracy in any form. It's a custom built 'on location' data storage & backup system.

As 'Baahubali' is the costliest project made on Telugu screen, Rajamouli is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the footage of the film is safe and secure. He doesn't want the damage done to 'Atharintiki Daredi' happen to his film and hence these special arrangements are being made. It is heard that director S S Rajamouli might appear as a sweet looking soft spoken person but when it comes to work he is a tough taskmaster who will not compromise on an inch. 

This is one reason why some of the actors gets squeezed to the last drop of their juice when working with him. Currently, one hero in the grindstone is Prabhas.  

Prabhas is working with Rajamouli for the film ‘Bahubali’ and it is heard that recently Rajamouli gave him a warning.  

Well, the warning was not to give public appearances with the beard that Prabhas has grown. Apparently, the young rebel star was expected for ‘Satya 2’ audio release. 

But he could not make it due to some reasons. However, few say it is also due to the dynamite that Rajamouli has given.

Raajamouli did home work very well and he picturized some scenes on Prabhas.The movie recently completed a schedule on Kurnool.But Raajamouli was not satisfied with the output.Prabhas acting and expressions were not up to the mark as Jakkanna expected. It’s a known fact that Prabhas is having some minus points when it comes to acting skills. Still he needs to improve in some areas as well.Jakkana felt the same thing and trying to reshoot all the scenes again.

Already the movie became late because of Raajamouli perfectionism and it will release after one year only. If Jakkanna will do reshoots again and again it may take 2 more years to hit the screens.

The much awaited mega budget film ever known in the history of south India is beginning on 6th of July. Its Bahubali directed by SS Rajamouli.

The estimated budget as per sources is Rs 150 cr and it is releasing in Telugu, tamil, Hindi and Malayalam.
Prabhas, Rana, Anushka and Adivi Sesh are playing key roles in the film and recently there was a rumor that Rs 10 cr worth set was erected for a fighting sequence that lasts for 3days. But Rajamouli quashed the rumor stating that budgets are not going to be burnt in such level for mere sets.

After the much applauded Eega, Rajamouli is coming up with this mega film.

There are plans going on to release the film in other languages as well, simultaneously.

Young Rebel Star Prabhas’s Mirchi has performed very well in the second week of its run. The film has collected approximately 10 Cr in its second week in Andhra Pradesh alone which takes its overall total close to the vicinity of 30 Cr only in Andhra Pradesh.

Mirchi has started well in its third weekend with good collections across all the territories. The film is having an amazing run so far and making the trade wonder where it’s going to end.

Story:

Jai is happy go lucky guy who wants a relationship with Manasa (Richa). But Manasa has a background which she doesn’t like and runs away. Meanwhile Jai befriends Poorna (Subbaraju) and through him he finds a place in his village. Later Manasa is revealed to be Poorna’s sister. Why Jai goes to Poorna’s house. What is actual reason behind his act forms the rest of the plot.

Performances: 

Prabhas looks very cool. His costumes are the best so far in his career. Coming to the performance he tries to show a cool act by using some funny English words. At times it looked like he was trying too hard. He was superb in action sequences and during emotional scenes he performed well. Dances are alright.

Anushka comes during the flashback and she looked gorgeous in the film in village-belle attire. Although she has less screen time she was very effective. Especially in the song idedo bagunde she was lovely.

Richa had more screen time comparatively but on the performance level. She didn’t create much impact there was nothing memorable in her act.

Satya Raj acted with restraint. He was effective in a role given to him. Nadiya appeared in a short role, her presence was good.

Subbaraju, Nagineedu and Supreeth did what they do usually.

Brahmanandam was used effectively in the first half. Although he didn’t provide the humour the director used him through certain situations to evoke humour and this worked well in the first half. The comedian went largely missing in the second half.

Analysis:

Debutant director Koratala Siva has chosen a theme that had interesting elements but his predictable screenplay lets him down. The director wants to focus on the change of heart of an individual but the way he goes about doing that is very clichéd and very predictable.

We have seen those scenes before which the director uses to convince us, of the change in the heart hence we don’t feel the exact emotion that the director had intended to. Even the routine acting adds to the predictability.

The first half of the film focuses on this predictable aspect of the film hence it appears to be a downer. In contrast the second half besides the predictability, the flash back episode is enjoyable. The climax however a big let-down, it looks too preachy and unconvincing.

One feels, if preaching was all that required to change them he could have done a lot earlier.

Music by Devi Sri Prasad is good. BGM is alright and it could have been lot better. Editing is jerky at times. Choreography is a mixed bag while two songs are good others disappoint. Production values are good. Cinematography is excellent, it gives the film a rich look.
