Story
Baahubali The Conclusion starts from where Baahubali The Beginning ended. Kattappa (Satyaraj) starts revealing why he killed Amarendra Baahubali (Prabhas) after Sivagami(Ramya Krishna),announces that Baahubali will be the next king of Mahistmati while her own son Bhalladeva( Rana) be just the supreme commander.
As the story goes, Bhallaladeva (Rana) and his father Bijjaladeva(Nassar) seethes with anger following Sivagami's announcement of Baahubali as the next king. They try to plot against Baahubali. In the meantime Sivagami asks Baahubali and Kattappa to visit across the kingdom and the borders in disguise to find out their real problems even as she tries to search a suitable bride for Baahubali. Baahubali gets attracted to Kuntala Kingdom Princess Devasena (Anushka).
However before Amarendra Baahubali could express his love for Devasena he will be in for a shock and life turn upside down for him completely with things going out of control. To find out those shocks and why Kattappa killed Baahubali enjoy Baahubali The Conclusion on silver screen.
Performance
Prabhas came with powerful performance and stole the hearts of all with royal looks, innocent smile, romantic style. He showed right kind of expressions and emotions and his body language and screen presence is good.
Anushka looked beautiful and carried herself with grace as Princess. She also performed stunts along with Prabhas. Tamannaah got very limited presence in the film. Rana looked menacing, cunning and wicked and he stunned all with his macho looks and evil expressions. Nassar complimented him well with his dialogues and expressions.
Ramya Krishna once again excelled with her powerful performance as Sivagami. Subbaraju surprises all with his comedy and action scenes. Satyaraj performed well as a loyal servant to the Kingdom and showed good emotions. Others performed according to their roles.
Technical
Senthil Kumar elevated the film to another level with his world class cinematography. The visual effects and graphics are quite good. Editing of Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is ok but could have been better. Action scenes are well choreographed. Keeravani's background score added power to the film.
However songs could have been better. Most of them are not appealing like the songs in Baahubali The Beginning. Movie lovers will be disappointed that there is no romantic song like Prabhas and Rana in the first part and also special song.
Rajamouli could have concentrated on the length of the film and also added few more twists. Production values are of top notch.

Rajamouli who mastered the art of story telling created sensation with Baahubali The Beginning with stunning visuals, mesmerising graphics and then leaving all wonder why Kattappa killed Baahubali. He continued the second part in the same manner and he emerged successful in maintaining the secret till the fag end of the second half.
Many criticized Baahubali The Beginning for the lack of story and depending only on graphics. Baahubali The Conclusion has powerful story with good twists and turns. Just like in Baahubali The Beginning, the film has its hair rising incidents. In Baahubali The Beginning, be it Ramya Krishna introduction scene, she carrying baby in water, Shiva Linga scene, Prabhas and Rana's introduction, Tamannaah's beauty, war scenes left all stunned.
In Baahubali The Conclusion too there are many such scenes like Prabhas' introduction scene, Anushka,Prabhas war scenes, Ramya Krishna's performance, interval block, scene after the interval, Satyaraj's performance and powerful climax fight between Prabhas and Rana.
Rajamouli attracted with his story, screenplay and direction. But one gets a feeling that VFX in the second part did not reach the level of the first part and same is the case with the songs. But for all the drawbacks Rajamouli emerged winners as he did not reveal the secret of why Kattappa killed Baahubali till the end.
Final Talk
Baahubali The conclusion shows its power.
