Narendra Modi's Cold Water On Chandrababu

With elections round the corner, the season is hot for some alliances and new fronts to be formed among political parties.

Given the fact that India is no longer seeing a single party government, the permutations are being worked right from the start. In that process, the talk about BJP and TDP forming an alliance has been strong.

Many have been speculating that this alliance will be crucial for both parties in Andhra Pradesh election scenario. But a closer look seems to be revealing something else.

Apparently, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu has got many hopes on BJP but sources say BJP chief Narendra Modi is thinking different.

Buzz is that Modi feels Naidu and his party has lost a lot of ground and credibility in the last two years. And after the blunder Naidu made regarding the Telangana issue, it is looking clear that he is not standing any chance in both regions of AP.

Given this situation, it is heard that Modi is distancing himself from Naidu. If this is true then it would be curtains down for TDP in 2014 polls.
